We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who has worked in an automotive dealership setting before. You must be a strong leader who is knowledgeable and confident in the area of automotive finance and understands the importance of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Helping customers with the finances of their transactions and promoting services or warranties that will help the customer have the best experience possible.
- Effectively structure deals for maximum profitability.
- Effectively close deals.
- Complete financial procedures and all related documents punctually throughout the sales process.
- Ensure that sales employees understand the financing process to promote efficient sales and financing processes.
- Communicate informatively with customers regarding the financing process to ensure understanding and avoid any confusion.
Sales Manager
We are looking for a qualified Sales Manager, who is a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service. Qualified candidates must have high energy with a positive attitude, and be willing and able to train and lead a sales team. Must have a minimum of two years' experience in Sales Management in the Auto Industry.

Service Advisor
We are looking for that special person who can take charge and ensure our customers are taken care of in the Service Drive. As a Service Advisor with Destination Ford Brady, you will be the person that our customers look to when they need help with their vehicle. We need a Service Advisor who will take on the large role of building relationships with our customers.
You will have the responsibility of taking our customer through the entire repair process, keeping them informed of the status of their vehicle, and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility. Our Service Advisors will always need to conduct themselves professionally. They need to represent Ford brand standards by delivering the highest quality customer experience. All applicants should highly value honesty and integrity.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 1+ yrs prior Service Writer/Advisor Experience REQUIRED.
- Experience using CDK is a huge Plus.
- Must be team-oriented and focused on a high level of customer service.
- Should possess knowledge of the automotive industry and parts.
- Knowledge/Experience with Ford products is a huge plus.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Must be honest and ethical and possess good communication and organizational skills.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Service Technicians
Are you looking for a new opportunity? Do you want to spend your day doing something you love? We are looking for Entry Level Mechanics to Experienced Service Technicians! In this role, you will perform vehicle service and repair work as assigned in accordance with dealership and factory standards. You will be responsible for maintaining the requisite technical knowledge and skill to efficiently and accurately repair vehicles.
Requirements:
- Previous service tech experience is required
- Experience with our brands is a plus but not necessary
- Must be a team player
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
Responsibilities:
- Perform work as outlined on repair order accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
- Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
- Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is needed.
- Notify service advisor if additional work outlined is not needed or if more time will be required
- Document work performed
- Keep shop area neat, clean and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools at all times
- Willingness to learn with hands-on training

Parts Counter
As a Parts Counter Professional, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.
